I always say a good skincare routine alongside regular facials is like the combination of diet and exercise, one doesn’t give you the results you want without the other. In today’s society, it’s easy to feel insecure. It is easier than ever to compare ourselves to others and think ‘should I be thinner?’ ‘should my lips be bigger?’ and so on, but that kind of thinking never helps. Trust me. Accepting yourself is key, and with a little pampering your confidence can shine through.
For me, there is nothing more demotivating than being preached to about diet and exercise, but that doesn’t change the fact that our health has a huge impact on our mental health and skin.

Never deprive yourself – sometimes we need to treat ourselves, not allowing yourself a treat from time to time can actually be demotivating.
